King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table is a 2017 action/adventure releasing on VOD, May 2nd.
OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS: Facing certain defeat, Merlin banishes the evil enchantress Morgana and her son Mordred to the ends of universe. Vowing revenge, Morgana and her son return to Earth, hell-bent on destroying every last descendant of King Arthur and his Knights.
From actor/director Jared Cohn, (Little Dead Rotting Hood and The Horde) this trailer certainly looks to be another wild indie ride, mixing modern themes with familiar fantasy elements. Low budget thrillers are often a fun surprise and while this has plenty going for it already, we’re most excited to see Sara Malakul Lane again, whom we really liked in last year’s Sun Choke. She’s a great talent and we’re looking forward to her interpretation of Morgana.
