Love brutal action with a touch of over-the-top style? Good. Start feeling all giddy inside because releasing soon is a wild new movie on Netflix called Polar from director Jonas Åkerlund. Based on the popular action comic series of the same name, it stars Mads Mikkelsen, Vanessa Hudgens, Katheryn Winnick and Matt Lucas. The trailer is a spectacle all on its own with a rush of violence and style that looks to give it plenty of proverbial punch. Mikkelsen is perfectly cast as the lead and is certainly bringing the pain in a string of terrific sequences that harken back to Oldboy and John Wick. Fortunately, we won’t have to wait long.
