The 90s saw a huge increase in sports films with basketball arguably leading the way as the decade was full of huge stars getting lots of media attention. Naturally, Hollywood wanted in and started producing a slew of basketball-themed movies, with such titles as the Michael Jordan mix of animation and live-action ‘Space Jam’ and the popular Wesley Snipes/Woody Harrelson comedy ‘White Men Can’t Jump.’ But there were lots more.
